  I`m Sam from Centennial College. I completed B.Tech Computer science from India, then I studied for two years at Centennial College and after finishing my college I started looking for the programmer job. For nearly six month of job haunt, I did not get anything, just to sustain I was working and doing odd jobs. Then I met Laxman with my class mate who was working in IT from last 8 month we passed out together, he told me about STEP IN 2 IT helped to get the job skills by training hands on and he got the job with their mentorship and guidance. He strongly recommended me to go to STEP IN 2 IT and meet them once. I still remember when I was counseled by the STEP IN 2 IT mentor, he realized me that I have good Java skill to learn QA and enter as Automation tester after doing Selenium QA testing tool hands on training. My Trainer was great, he helped me like a team lead, learned writing the java script to automate, and he provided in-depth Explanation of all your questions and inquiries.

  The 35-40 hour of learning by step in 2 it in class hands on Training and practicing on software testing tool like QA/ALM and UFT gave me enough confidence ti excel in software testing career in Toronto Canada The strategy to continuously apply, being guided by and to attend to calls – exudes confidence besides the reading materials all together has been a great learning experience and would surely account towards future application positions for years to come. Thank you to STEP IN 2 IT`s help & effort towards my successful placement and as i am writing this review i completed almost one year of software testing job in leading insurance company.   After speaking with 4 such places that train on different technologies, STEPIN2IT was a welcome change. The lady who answered the phone was able to answer all my basic questions. I wanted to find out how and what I should do to find a job in IT, I spoke with one of their advisers who also happened to be my Instructor for the Software Testing Training program I eventually took. Not only was my experience pleasant I was told all the things I need to learn, the certification I should aim for and what I should be focusing my efforts on. For true guidance and mentor ship I think they'd be the ones to go to at least in Toronto. I'd recommend STEPIN2IT for their open communication, simple training methodology and their overall mentorship....Chitra
